3. Eligibility and Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our discretion.

4. Course Fees and Payment

Payment Terms

Course fees are due in full at the time of enrollment unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as indicated during enrollment. You are responsible for any bank or processing fees associated with your payment method.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made 7-13 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has begun.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course offering.

5. Course Participation and Conduct

Attendance Requirements

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled course sessions. If you must miss a session, please notify us in advance. We will provide session materials but cannot guarantee individual make-up instruction.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Engage respectfully with instructors and other participants
• Use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' information
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute course content without written permission

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Disrupt course sessions or interfere with other participants' learning
• Misrepresent your identity or credentials
• Use course content for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Intellectual Property Rights

License Grant

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes during and after the course period.

7. Disclaimers

Educational Purpose

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, investment performance, or specific results from applying course concepts. Financial decisions involve inherent risks and uncertainties. Past performance examples discussed in courses do not predict future results.

Service "As Is"

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding course availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for particular purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, vantageepos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vantageepos, its instructors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy and agree that we may use your information in accordance with that policy.
